Innovation and Growth Powered by the Crowd

In this first-of-its-kind event co-hosted by Entrepreneurs’ Organization and its Global Learning Committee representative Christine Buhr, YPO members and their teams are invited to join this live stream featuring a diverse slate of speakers discussing the five design principles now dominating how leaders organize to scale – principles based on superorganisms found in nature and designed to adapt and grow.

Modern organizations are using a more nature-informed approach to scale their enterprises, using the principles of teeming to expand their organizations and spur unprecedented growth.

Over the course of three hours, you will hear from experts and leaders on The Five Principles of Superorganisms, Collective Intelligence, Swarm Creativity, Distributed Leadership, Reciprocity and Sharing, Compound Regenerative Growth, The Future of All Work/Life

Verne is hosting the three-hour program in a team with Dr. Tamsin Woolley-Barker, a world authority on Biomimicry and the Dean of the Geoversity School of Biocultural Leadership. Among the keynoters is the Academy Award-winning filmmaker (My Octopus Teacher) Swati Thiyagarajan and Tracy Britt Cool, the co-founder of the innovative business development company Kanbrick.

Rather than lead the conference from one of Geoversity’s partner institutions at Harvard or Stanford, we have picked Panama in recognition of the country’s model Sustainable Tourism Master Plan and our long history of collaboration with the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and indigenous authorities and NGOs. We have selected the Frank Gehry-designed Biomuseo to serve as the world symbol and originating studio for this historic event.
