Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
We require a non-refundable deposit of 2,000 USD to reserve your spot in the group. Full payment is required by 30 November 2018. ($9,500 USD upon receipt of invoice by email).
We accept payment by company check, bank wire transfer, or credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). Details are included below.
If you need to cancel participation, you must submit your request in writing a minimum of 60 days before the start of the program to receive a full refund. Due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation: cancellations received 14 to 59 days prior to the start of the program are subject to a fee of one-half of the program fee; and cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the program are not eligible for refund. Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted: In the case of medical emergency of the attendee; or medical emergency or a death in the immediate family (spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings). No exceptions will be made for other personal or business reasons.
The $9,500 USD program fee includes local transportation; a flight over of the Panama Canal and the Mamoní Valley Preserve or transport by road; lodging; all meals; materials, and world-class musical performances.
Not included in program fee: health insurance, international airfare.
